Every repair is done in the building where the gear was made, by people who know it. The bench that fixes your transmitter is steps from the line that machined it.

Step 01Tell us the model and what it is doing. We will sort out whether it needs the bench.
Step 02We issue an RMA number and a shipping address. Pack it, label it, send it in.
Step 03It is repaired, tested against spec and shipped back, with notes on what was found.
